Info Drive Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 11, 2008, inter alia, to take further action on the Special Resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 06, 2008 under Section 81 and 81 (1A) and other relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, for issue of GDR, ADR, etc., not exceeding 100 Million USD.
