NOVARTIS CONSUMER HEALTH SECTOR has launched Otrivin-o, a nasal decongestant which will be available over the counter. It reportedly helps to relieve congestion caused due to cold, seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and sinusitis. This decongestant is supposed to be effective up to 10 hours.
