CIPLA has launched Mobix Capsules and Mobix Topical Cream for the treatment of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. The key active compounds in the capsules are a proprietary blend of cetylated fatty acid esters (complex) and EPA and DHA which are Omega-3 fatty acids. The cream is a combination of the cetylated fatty acid ester complex, methyl salicylate and menthol. The ingredients in both the capsules and cream are supposed to be free of harmful side-effects and cure the symptoms of osteoarthritis and other types of joint and muscle pain.
