PHILIPS INDIA LTD has introduced its first dust-resistant DVD player — Philips DVD 5100K. Its slot loader supposedly wipes the CD surface, preventing entry of dust flakes. The model is claimed to be the first-ever DVD player to have a rubber padding, which accumulates dust particles, thus keeping your DVD player dust-free. It is priced at Rs 3,999.
