MARICO has launched Saffola Gold with improved LoSorb Technology that allows for up to 22 per cent lesser absorption of oil while frying. It is claimed to be the only oil in the country with this unique technology. It is available in 5 litre, 2 litre and 1 litre packs, priced Rs 449, Rs 178 and Rs 89 respectively. Saffola Gold with LoSorb is a blend of 70 per cent rice bran oil and 30 per cent safflower oil (kardi).
