Hindustan Syringes & Medical Devices has launched special Vaku-8 evacuated tubes to collect and safely process blood samples. The person who takes the blood sample for testing is not exposed to the blood. The speciality of these tube systems is t hat they eliminate the need for syringes in many cases. HMD has also launched blood collection needles under the same brand name.
