Carrier Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration (Carrier India) has launched an energy-efficient range for the Indian market. It includes window and hi-wall split air-conditioners in the Estrella and durakool Plus ranges along with a ducted air-conditio ner. The window and hi-wall products have reportedly been rated between two and five stars, based on norms laid down by the Bureau of Energy Efficiency. They are priced between Rs 13,790 and Rs 42,990. For ducted ACs, the price varies as per customisation.
