Mac Charles India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on September 05, 2011, have fixed September 15, 2011 as the Record Date for issue of Bonus Shares in the ratio of one equity share for every equity share held (1:1) which shall rank pari passu with existing equity shares of the Company.
