Titan Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Mrs. Susan Mathew, IAS, Chairperson and Director, nominee of
Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation Ltd. (TIDCO) has resigned from the Board of the Company.
Dr. N. Sundaradevan, IAS nominee Director of TIDCO has been appointed as Chairman of the Company.
