Supreme Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has fixed February 01, 2012, as the "Record Date", for the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility of the Shareholders for payment of Interim Dividend, if and to the extent as may be declared, by the Board of Directors at its meeting, scheduled to be held on January 25, 2012.
