Advanta India Ltd has informed BSE that the Remuneration Committee has allotted 504 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a Premium of Rs. 275/- to an Employee of the Company in their meeting held on May 07, 2012, against the exercise of options under ‘Advanta India Limited Employee Stock Option and Share Plan-2006’.
