With reference earlier announcement dated June 19, 2012. Moser Baer India Ltd has informed BSE that, the Company has issued two separate notices each dated June 29, 2012 to convene meetings of the holders of the Tranche A Bonds and Tranche B Bonds (together, the "Bondholders"), on August 31, 2012 to consider and approve a restructuring proposal of the commercial terms of each of the Tranche A Bonds and the Tranche B Bonds (the "Restructuring Proposal").
