JSW Energy Ltd has submitted to BSE a copy of the Abstract and Memorandum of Interest u/s 302 of the Companies Act, 1956, being sent to all the shareholders for appointment of Mr. Sanjay Sagar as Whole-time Director designated as "Joint Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer" of the Company w.e.f. July 21, 2012 and payment of remuneration to him.
