Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on May 05, 2011, inter alia, to consider and take on record the audited annual accounts of the Bank for the year
ended March 31, 2011 and declaration of dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31 2011.
