Vaishno Cement Company Ltd has informed BSE that meeting of Board of Directors of the company will be held on February 13, 2017, to consider Un-Audited Financial Results for the III Quarter ended December 31, 2016 (Q3). Further, the Companys Code of Conduct for prohibition of insider trading, pursuant to the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015, the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2016 for all the officers and Designated Employees (including Directors) of the Company from February 06, 2017 till February 15, 2017 i.e. 48 (Forty Eight) hours after the announcement of the Financial Results of the Company i.e. on February 13, 2017 to the Stock Exchange/s (both days inclusive). Accordingly, the Promoters Directors, Designated Employees and all persons covered under the Code have been advised not to deal in the securities of the Company from February 06, 2017 to February 15, 2017 (both days inclusive).
