This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our company is scheduled to be held on Saturday, May27,2017 at its registered office i.e. Jakhal Road, Patran, Distt Patiala-Punjab 12.30 PM to consider inter alia the standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended on 31st March 2017 In this connection, as per the Companys Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI(Prohibition of Insider Trading)Regulations,2015,the trading for dealing in the securities of the company is closed for the specified persons from May19,2017 to May 28,2017 (both days inclusive)
