Videocon Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2014 and for the period ended on that date. Further the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code"), pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code from August 07, 2014 till the end of 24 hours after the results are made public on August 14, 2014, for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company.
