Apollo Tyres Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2014 for considering Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended March 31, 2014 alongwith Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2014 and recommendation for payment of dividend. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from April 20, 2014 to May 16, 2014.
