Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 19, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited financial results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2014 and to recommend dividend on equity shares, if any. Further, pursuant to the "Reliance Infrastructure Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading", the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the directors and other employees covered under the Code from the closure of business hours of May 10, 2014 to the closure of business hours of May 20, 2014.
