With reference to the earlier letter dated May 19, 2015 regarding intimation of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on May 28, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company, Pipavav Defence and Offshore Engineering Company Ltd has now informed BSE that the said Board meeting has been adjourned to May 30, 2015 at which inter alia the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015 will be considered for approval.
