MindTree Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 16, 2015, inter alia, to consider the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended March 31, 2015. Further, the Trading Window of the Company is closed from April 01, 2015 till April 18, 2015 (both days inclusive) as per Regulation 3.2.1 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulation), 1992 and any further changes to the same shall be duly intimated.
