Coromandel International Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2015. Further the Company has informed that, the trading window under the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading shall remain closed from April 01, 2015 to May 02, 2015 (both days inclusive).
