Adani Enterprises Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 13, 2015 to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2015 and for recommendation of final dividend, if any, Further as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors / officers / designated employees of the Company from May 11, 2015 to May 15, 2015 (both days inclusive).
