Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:- 1. To approve audited standalone and consolidated Indian GAAP Financials for the year ended March 31, 2015. 2. To consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, on equity shares. In terms of the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company is closed from April 29, 2015 until May 18, 2015 (both days inclusive) on account of declaration of financial results for the year ended March 31, 2015.
