Cox & Kings Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2015, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results and recommend Final Dividend (if any) for the financial year ended March 31, 2015. Further, the trading window for dealing in the Companys scrips by the directors and designated employee of the Company will remain closed April 15, 2015 to May 16, 2015 (both days inclusive) in terms of the Companys Code of Prevention of Insider Trading read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,1992.
