Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2014, inter alia, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1). Further, the Trading Window shall remain closed from July 28, 2014 to August 09, 2014, i.e. 10 days prior to the day on which the price sensitive information is published and 2 days after the price sensitive information is published in terms of the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading in Shares of the Company.
