Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 07, 2014, to consider and approve the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1). Further, for the purpose of the above, the trading window, for dealing in the securities of the Company, shall remain closed from July 31, 2014 till August 08, 2014 (both days inclusive).
