UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 19, 2014, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1). In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from July 01, 2014 and will remain closed upto 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results to the public.
