Idea Cellular Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 21, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1). Further, in terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from July 01, 2014 to July 22, 2014 (both days inclusive).
