HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on July 21, 2014, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2014 (Q1). The trading window for dealing in securities of HDFC Bank will remain closed until July 22, 2014 for all the employees, directors etc. pursuant to the applicable SEBI regulations.
