Ashok Leyland Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 25, 2014, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2014. In this connection, as per the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from July 15, 2014 to July 27, 2014 (both days inclusive).
