Videocon Industries Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February 14, 2014, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company, for the quarter and six months ended on December 31, 2013. Further, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ("the Code"), pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company would remain closed for the Insiders covered under the Code from February 07, 2014 till the end of 24 hours after the results are made public on February 14, 2014, for the purpose of consideration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company.
