Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 22, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results (stand alone) of the Corporation and the un-audited consolidated financial results, for the quarter / half year ending September 30, 2014, subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors of the Corporation.
