HDFC Bank Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on February 14, 2015, inter alia, to consider the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3). The trading window for dealing in securities of HDFC Bank is closed from January 01, 2015 to February 15, 2015 (Both days inclusive) for all employees and Directors of the Bank pursuant to the applicable SEBI regulations.
