UltraTech Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 20, 2014, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2013 (Q3). In terms of the Company’s Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from January 01, 2014 and will remain closed 24 hours after the announcement of the financial results to the public.
