Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 21, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015 (Q3). Further, in terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window, for dealing in securities of the Company, has been closed and shall remain closed till January 24, 2016.
