Ashok Leyland Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 29, 2015, to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2014 (Q3). In this connection, as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company from January 12, 2015 to January 31, 2015 (both days inclusive).
