With reference to the earlier letter dated January 12, 2015 regarding a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on January 30, 2015, inter-alia, to consider Unaudited quarterly financial results and declaration of interim Dividend if any, for the quarter ended December 31, 2014, Sun TV Network Ltd has now informed BSE that due to some unavoidable circumstances, meeting of the Board of Directors will now be held on February 06, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following: 1. To take on record and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2014 (Q3). 2. To consider declaration and payment of Interim Dividend if any, for the financial year 2014-15.
