We refer to our letter dated February 21, 2017 enclosing the Notice along with Explanatory Statement for seeking the consent of the Members for matters set forth in the Postal Ballot Notice. Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing the voting results of the said Postal Ballot and would like to inform you that the Resolution set forth in the Postal Ballot Notice has been passed by the Members of the Company.
