With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 09, 2014 regarding Financial Results for March 31, 2014, Graphite India Ltd has now informed BSE that in Note No.3, two words of name of two of our subsidiary companies were erroneously missed out (Bavaria Carbon GmbH and Bavaria Specialities GmbH) in place of (Bavaria Carbon Holdings GmbH and Bavaria Carbon Specialities GmbH) (the words missed out are underlined). Kindly note that there is no discrepancy/error in any part of the financial results except the missing out of the two words in the name of two subsidiaries, as mentioned above. Accordingly, the Company has now submitted to BSE a copy the results with amendment in Note. 3.
