Delhi-based real estate developer Arihant Group on Wednesday launched a new project — Arihant South Winds — at Planet Surajkund in Faridabad.
The 1.65-acre project will see an investment of Rs 175 crore.
The twin tower luxury residential project will have 72 units, the possession for which will be given by 2017.
"All sanctions have been taken and construction will start in a month,'' Kaushal Jain, MD of the group, said.
The apartments will be priced from Rs 1.67 crore onwards.
