Arjun B Kothari has taken over as the Managing Director of Kothari Sugars and Chemicals as also Kothari Petrochemicals.
Both NSE listed companies said in separate announcements on the stock exchange that the boards of both companies had decided on Wednesday that Arjun would be appointed Additional Director, Managing Director, and Key Managerial Person.
The companies also announced that Nina B Kothari had taken over as Chairperson of Kothari Sugars and Kothari Petrochemicals.
The appointments took effect from April 8, 2015.
