Kolkata, Sept 1:
Kailash Dhar Diwan took over as the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Hindustan Copper Ltd from Saturday. Since September he served HCL as the Director (Operations). Diwan succeeds Shakeel Ahmed, who retired on Friday after a three-year stint.
