Comments:
TATA motors other than JLR should focus on their design- power- technology.
Follow the latest and competitive brand from Japan and Germany before starting to
manufacture a particular model of vehicles be it Truck- bus -car,4 wheel.-pick
up truck or any.
Strip open asimilar vehicle from Germany and Japan.
check its design- leg room- power- functions - versatility- features and do better
than that product.
We used TATA pick up and had to dump it in 2 years vs the Mitsubishi Pick up
lasted for 10 years and still in good shape.why?
Because they care to check the consumer or customers requirements and work on
minute details anad give the bets value for money.
Time to have japanese or European auto design engineers - set up R&D centres
only for vehicles in india.
Take customers feed back very very seriously.
Keep on innovating and evolving.
Customer satisfaction is of prime importance .
yes, TATA has goodwill but will fade if the management ignores the customer satisfaction.
