Singapore-based serviced residence owner operator Ascott Ltd has teamed up with India's Puri Constructions to manage a project in Gurgaon, the company announced on Thursday.
The 174-unit project 'Somerset Diplomatic Greens' is expected to be ready by 2019.
With this Somerset property, Ascott's footprint in India will increase to 1,400 apartments in eight serviced residences across 5 cities, Tony Soh, Chief Corporate Officer at Ascott, said.
In May, Ascott had announced a project in Gurgaon in partnership with PE fund IREO.
