AstraZeneca Pharma India today reported a net profit of Rs 38.12 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2015.
The company had posted a net loss of Rs 2.56 lakh during the same period of the previous fiscal.
Net sales stood at Rs 120.80 crore during the quarter, while the same were at Rs 114.14 crore during the same period in the previous fiscal, AstraZeneca Pharma said in a filing to the BSE.
For the year ended March 31, the company posted a net loss of Rs 20.83 crore, while it had reported a net loss of Rs 50.89 lakh during the previous year.
The company said results of the quarter were not comparable as there were some assets sales involved.
AstraZeneca shares today ended at Rs 858.05 apiece on the BSE, up 0.51 per cent from previous close.
