The all-woman Coimbatore plant of fluid management company Kirloskar Brothers has been acknowledged as the ‘Best Organisation for Women Talent Development’ at the Africa-India Partnership summit at Mauritius. The award, according to RV RajKuumar, Divisional Head of the company’s plant, highlights the achievements and capabilities of its female employees to perform any task with diligence. The all-woman pant here was established in 2011. It manufactures different models of domestic pumps. A total of 62 women are employed in the shop floor.
