Tata Sons, the holding company of all Tata group firms, has elevated Group Chief Financial Officer Saurabh Agrawal and Titan Company Managing Director Bhaskar Bhat to its board.
With this induction, the total number of directors on Tata Sons’ board has increased to 11.
Bhat, who is currently heading Titan, has helped the company drive brand value and a market cap of $10 billion, while Agrawal brings “deep” capital market knowledge, Tata Sons said in a statement.
