The shares allotment committee of the Bheema Cements Ltd on Wednesday allotted 16,636 equity shares of ₹10 each at a premium of ₹78 each to banks against funding of interest on term loan as per Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) package.
It had also allotted 33,164 zero per cent cumulative redeemable preference shares of ₹100 each at par to banks for the same purpose, the Bombay Stock Exchange was informed.
