The new vehicle is available for the first time in a new design scheme -- the BMW xLine equipment package which brings out the robust and dynamic Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) character even more prominently, he said.
The X3 xDrive 20d is the first model to feature the latest-generation diesel engine with outstanding performance and low fuel consumption, the company said.
The new generation of all-aluminium two-litre diesel engine with BMW TwinPower Turbo technology uses common rail direct injection with solenoid valve injectors and works with increased injection pressure, it said.
This pushes the engine output to 140 kW/190 hp with the maximum torque of 400 Nm. The vehicle can go from 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in 8.1 seconds with a top speed of 210 km/h, it added
